Dear Residents,

The Board would like to update you on the gentleman commonly referred to as the “security guy”. A number of residents have reported that he is now wearing what appears to be a police uniform. He is not a police officer. While he may appear to be an officer, he has no law enforcement powers.

The Board asks that you contact the police department if you have any concerns regarding his behavior or actions. Once again, the Board stresses, he has NOT been hired by the Homeowners Association.

If you have any information regarding his actions, please report all information to the police department. If you have been given a ticket by him, please give that ticket to the police department.

If you have any questions, concerns or information regarding security guy, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]. Also, you may submit any information, incidents or tickets to the Board… we will make sure the information reaches the police department immediately.
