Following projects announced at the KMV IV HOA Annual Meeting on Nov 3 are completed:

• 2 benches, 1 trashcan, installed end of Fieldmaster Dr
• Sidewalk repairs, all streets
• 5 speed bumps on Tiffany Park Court
