Winter Tree Project

Dear Residents:

The Board of Directors has contracted with Dad’s Tree Service to a community wide winter tree project.

Primary Goal and Aim:

Address existing issues such as dead or dying trees. Remove deadwood, trim and prune trees in common areas, courts, and near parking areas. Address trees that pose a potential for causing damage to homes and property. The project has proven to be financially beneficial in the past and more importantly, it enhances our landscape and helps to grow stronger, healthier trees.

When: The project will begin this week. Due to the enormity of the project, it will take several weeks to complete.

How: The project will work in phases, moving from court to court. Scheduling will depend on the crews, weather, access to the courts and cooperation of residents.

Resident Involvement: In coming weeks, Board members will be asking those residents who have parking spaces near trees, to move their vehicles. This will allow crews to access the trees and avoid property damage. On Tiffany Park Court, this will include visitor parking areas.

Reminders:

  • Please be patient as the crews move through the community.
  • Move your vehicle when asked to do so.
  • Do not interfere with the crews, allow them to do their work.
  • If necessary, the crews may block off a part of a court… please follow their directions. Safety of the crews and residents is primary.

If you have any questions, please direct them to the Board at: [email protected].

Please spread the word and share this information with your neighbors!

Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation!
